Notice is hereby given that the Town of Madrid Planning Board and the Town of Madrid Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a joint public hearing as required by the Town of Madrid Zoning Code. The hearing will be held to hear all interested parties regarding the following Use Variance request: Constructing a 2 MW solar farm at 1978 State Highway 345. The hearing will be held at the Madrid Town Office, 3529 CR 14 at 5:30 PM on Thursday, March 27th, 2025.
